Suggested use order
Complaint → diagnostic log → work order → refrigerant log if recovering → cooling PM if it is a tune-up.
- Complaint. Customer’s words on the work order first. Do not skip this.
- Diagnostic log (SKU-05). Indoor / outdoor conditions, pressures, line temps, amps, voltage as found.
- Work order (SKU-02). Work performed, parts, labor hours, customer authorization. Invoice carries the totals.
- Refrigerant log (SKU-04). Only if you add or recover. One sheet per cylinder. Balance is write-in on paper; Excel calculates.
- Cooling PM (SKU-01). Only if the visit is a seasonal tune-up, not a no-cool diagnosis.
This kit is not a charging calculator, target-pressure chart, license, certification, or EPA recordkeeping program. Do not present these as manufacturer startup forms or AHJ-approved documents.
